Jane Schlicht and Russell Klingaman to Participate in Contract Drafting in Wisconsin Seminar

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partners Jane C. Schlicht, Russell A. Klingaman will participate in a live program and webcast titled "Contract Drafting in Wisconsin." The program runs from 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (CT) on January 15, 2016. 

Ms. Schlicht will moderate the program and present on the topic "Noncompetition Clauses" from 11:15 a.m.–12:05 p.m. Mr. Klingaman will present on the topic "Protection of Confidential Information, Trade Secrets, and Intellectual Property" from 1:05–1:55 p.m. Mr. LaFrombois will present on the topic "Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Remedies" from 9:20–10:10 a.m.
