Ian Wagreich to Explore EB-1 and N1W "Exceptional Ability" Permanent Residence Options at AILA Annual Conference

Hinshaw's Ian Wagreich will serve as a panelist at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) New England Immigration Law Conference on March 4, 2021. In its 18th year, the event is focused on advanced strategies in immigration law in the era of Biden and COVID-19.
Wagreich's presentation is part of the conference's business immigration track. Titled "EB-1 and N1W Exceptional Ability: Weighing Permanent Residence Options," the program will address topics such as self-petitioning, anticipating and responding to unreasonable RFEs and overcoming erroneous denials, as well as collecting and framing letters in support.
