Hinshaw partner Todd Young will serve on Professional Practices Alliance (PPA) panel in a presentation titled "Growth Strategies, Challenges and Opportunities for US Firms," on April 10, 2019. The panel will discuss issues relating to the establishment and growth of US firms in the UK and Europe, including: lateral recruitment and retention; Trans-Atlantic mergers and combinations; and the many challenges and opportunities associated with Brexit. Though the program will focus on US firms, the topics discussed will have application to all professional firms.
