The panel will discuss issues relating to the establishment and growth of US firms in the UK and Europe, including: lateral recruitment and retention; Trans-Atlantic mergers and combinations; and the many challenges and opportunities associated with Brexit. Though the program will focus on US firms, the topics discussed will have application to all professional firms.
