Hinshaw partner Robert J. Finley will present as part of a panel at the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) 2019 Educational Conference on September 18, 2019 in Baltimore, Maryland. Titled "Leveraging Settlement with MSAs in Mediation," Mr. Finley will join Mr. Roger Larue and Mr. Jack Meligan to provide insight on the value of Medicare Set-Asides during mediation to accomplish case settlement.

Mr. Finley has nearly 20 years of litigation and trial practice experience focused in tort, employment, and healthcare and he also counsels firm clients under auto, property/casualty, no-fault, and workers compensation policies on Medicare repayment and Medicaid reimbursement compliance.
