On October 23, 2019, David S. Weinstein will present to members of the Florida Foreign Trade Association (FFTA), as part of the group's Lunch & Learn series. In a presentation titled "FCPA Enforcement Update: What's Changed and How to Navigate the Rules of the Road," Weinstein will discuss changes made by the Department of Justice to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the potential impact of these changes on businesses with international operations.
