- Validity of arbitration and separation agreements

- Employer's responsibility for contractor's violations
- Implications of 2014 Supreme Court decisions
Hinshaw's California labor and employment counsel will explain how to implement and enforce policies that comply with these new California laws. You will also learn best practices for the operational issues that arise from instituting these new policies.
