Hinshaw senior counsel Eugene Brown Jr. is part of the faculty at the 7th American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) Trial Advocacy Program held on May 29-31 in San Francisco, California.
The program emphasizes the importance of “learning by watching and doing” in an active court setting. Attendees will learn from live faculty demonstrations, guided discussions, and constructive faculty critiques, with the overall goal of preparing them to become ethical trial lawyers. The ACTL programs seek to foster excellence in advocacy and to increase trust and confidence in the American civil justice system.
Hinshaw attorneys Min Kang, Joe De Hope, Tatiana Delogramatic, Kimia Karami, and Celia Moutes-Lee will attend the program, further demonstrating the firm’s commitment to developing lawyers with strong trial capabilities in service of our clients.
