Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP Partner, James H. Kallianis Jr. of Hinshaw's Chicago office, acted as the Program Chair for the DRI Data Breach & Privacy Law Seminar on November 4-6, 2015. The conference took place at the InterContinental Hotel in Chicago, IL.
The conference covered a number of different data breach and privacy law issues such as data security ethics, theories of civil liability of data security breach and effective strategies to respond to data breach incidents, including insurance coverage issues.
James H. Kallianis Jr. has represented corporations and individuals in matters ranging from employment disputes to multimillion dollar securities and consumer fraud class actions. Mr. Kallianis also has represented insurers in matters involving directors and officers, cyber, employment practices, general liability and professional liability policies.
