Hinshaw Attorneys to Present at State Bar of Wisconsin Contract Drafting Seminar

A trio of Hinshaw attorneys – Jane Schlicht, Anthony Jacob and Alyssa Campbell – will present at the "Contract Drafting in Wisconsin" State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE Seminar to be held January 12, 2018 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the Radisson Milwaukee West. The seminar will provide attendees with the techniques for drafting agreements to include the best possible terms for clients.

Schlicht, who is also the Program Chair, will present "Noncompete/Nonsolicitation Clauses and Agreements," at 1:35 pm Central. Jacob will present at 9:00 am Central on "Drafting Purchase and Payment Terms." Campbell will present on "Confidentiality Clauses and Agreements" at 11:35 am.
