Sexual torts claims present a mine field of ethical issues: Who do you represent and who can you represent? What do you do when the facts change creating potential conflicts with your clients? How do insurance coverage issues come into play? What unsuspecting hazards await you in mediation and the settlement agreement? Mr. Jarvis will address the challenges presented by these thorny-ethical issues.
