Edward Lenci to Co-Chair Panel at the New York State Bar Association International Section Conference

Edward K. Lenci, a New York-based partner in the Insurance & Reinsurance practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will act as the co-chair for the panel "Reinsurance Dispute Resolution in Different Nations and Across National Boundaries" at the New York State Bar Association International Section Conference on October 20, 2016, in Paris, France.
The panel will examine, compare and contrast how reinsurance disputes are resolved in different nations/regions and across national boundaries. The panelists will discuss both litigation and arbitration of reinsurance disputes, with arbitration the focus because most reinsurance disputes are arbitrated.
Edward K. Lenci handles complex business litigations and arbitrations, including international arbitrations, as well as reinsurance disputes, class action defense, and appeals. His successes include a class action defense victory before the U.S. Supreme Court.
