Edward K. Lenci to Present at the New York State Bar Association's International Section Seasonal Meeting

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner Edward K. Lenci will present a paper entitled, "Sovereign Immunity in U.S. Cases Involving Insurance and Reinsurance," in conjunction with a panel he is chairing, called "Hot Topics in Transnational Insurance and Reinsurance," during a New York State Bar Association International Section conference which takes place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from October 14 to 17th.  Lenci is a Co-chair of the International Section's Insurance and Reinsurance Committee and a member of its Executive Committee.  Joining Lenci on the panel will be Chubb Insurance Company's Latin American Zone General Counsel, Vera Carvalho-Pinto, Esq.
