In partnership with AccountsRecovery.net, Chicago-based partner David Schultz will participate in "Hunstein Ruling Pushing Cases to State Court," a webinar on November 1, 2022. Many in the ARM industry thought the Eleventh Circuit's ruling in the Hunstein case would end an 18-month battle involving more than one thousand lawsuits nationwide. Ruling that the plaintiff lacked standing to sue in federal court has pushed many of the cases to state courts across the country. The panel will provide insight into the impact of the Hunstein ruling on state court claims.
