About the Presenters:
Anthony E. Antognoli is a partner in the Chicago office of Hinshaw, where he advises employers on the design and drafting of qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, equity compensation plans and welfare benefit plans. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to advising employers on complying with health care reform legislation and related guidance. Tony received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
David Grant is a Senior Technical Advisor with Hinshaw Consulting in the Springfield office and a leading expert on health care reform and the challenges it presents to providers. Dave has significant experience providing strategic planning and regulatory guidance services. Prior to joining Hinshaw Consulting, Dave was with the Illinois Department of Insurance for more than 30 years and most recently served as Deputy Director of the Health Products Division, responsible for regulation of health insurance companies and managed care entities. Dave earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Greenville College.
Robert E. Wagner is a partner in the Springfield office of Hinshaw and serves as Senior Technical Advisor with Hinshaw Consulting. He is the former general counsel and acting director of the Illinois Department of Insurance, and focuses his practice on national and international insurance regulatory and compliance law, with an emphasis in complex litigation, insurance taxation, transactions, health care reform, solvency and receiverships and product approvals. Bob received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law and his B.S. from Western Illinois University.
