Cybersecurity, Privacy and AI partner, Cathy Mulrow-Peattie will moderate a panel session entitled, "Sailing Through the U.S. 2025 Federal and State Regulatory Waters and What Waves are on the Horizon" at the University of San Diego's (USD) Cyber Law & Risk Symposium, "Rising Tides: Geopolitics, National Security & Cyber Laws" on November 6, 2025.
The panel, with key legal executives from financial services and manufacturing and commerce, will explore the evolving federal and state cybersecurity landscape, highlight cybersecurity practical best practices with an eye to regulatory enforcement, and provide actionable guidance for organizations navigating these complex regulations.
