Ambrose V. McCall, a Peoria-based partner in the Labor & Employment group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be presenting at the webinar "The Challenges of Using Social Media in Workers' Compensation Claims" hosted by Lorman Education Services on May 23, 2016.
The webinar will cover how to effectively and legally use social media as evidence in workers’ compensation claims. Some of the topics that will be discussed include state rules on hearing preparation, how electronic communications can effect a case, ethics opinions by disciplinary associations and evidentiary issues related to use of social media.
