We also regularly provide board and leadership education and training and serve on executive compensation, medical staff, and compliance committees, among other activities.

Health Care Reform
Hinshaw attorneys provide advice and counsel on the impact, challenges and complexities of the health care reform law, as well as the opportunities it creates. We have experience designing and creating the legal structures for new care delivery models. We have formed accountable care organizations that participate in the Medicare Shared Saving Program as well as provided advice and counsel regarding the formation and implementation of bundled payment programs.
