Chicago, IL. — Thomas A. Morris Jr., of counsel at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, was recognized by the Grayslake Village Board for his 15 years of public service on the Plan Commission & Zoning Board of Appeals. During his time on the board, he participated in rezoning 42 properties and granted numerous zoning ordinance variances. Mr. Morris will be shifting to the Police Pension Board where his legal talents are needed.
