The Rockford office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP was established in 1984. Located in Northern Illinois, Rockford is half-way between Chicago and Madison, Wisconsin, and is the seat of the United States District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Western Division). Rockford is also the seat of the Illinois Circuit Court for Winnebago and Boone Counties.
