About Charles
With nearly 50 years of experience, Charles concentrates his practice on representing governmental bodies, businesses, and individuals in government-related matters. He counsels clients in litigation and mediation involving employment issues, civil rights defense, regulatory matters, and contract and tort claims.
In mediation and administrative law, Charles handles professional licensing, unfair competition, intellectual property infringement, deceptive business practices, employment discrimination, Uniform Commercial Code cases, and student discipline issues. He represents and advises governmental clients on governance, organization, fiscal matters, civil rights, regulatory enforcement, and employment. He also negotiates collective bargaining agreements on behalf of management.
