Construction Defects

  • After a motion for summary judgment based on the indemnity provision of a construction contract under Fla. Not only was the motion for rehearing granted, but the judge's ruling on the motion for summary judgment was reversed in favor of the defendant.

Fraud

  • While representing a real estate brokerage firm against claims of fraud, Veronica drafted and argued a successful motion for summary judgment based on plaintiffs testimony elicited by Veronica, which established that the case had been filed outside the statute of limitations.
