Stephanie Hiquiana represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Serving individuals and businesses from a variety of industries, Stephanie leverages her litigation experience to provide clients with simple, strategic solutions that best suit their goals and interests. Additionally, Stephanie assists corporate clients and individuals with immigration matters, including removal and deportation defense and employment nonimmigrant visas.

Before joining Hinshaw as an associate, Stephanie was a law clerk with the firm. She also gained invaluable experience as a legal intern in the Appellate Division of the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, Legal Aid Chicago, and a Chicago-based firm handling complex litigation matters.

During law school, Stephanie was involved in a number of activities, including serving as President of the Society of Women in Law, Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA), Associate Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property, and competing in the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Stephanie worked at a public relations agency, where she developed and implemented strategic communication campaigns for businesses in the healthcare and sports industries.

In addition to spending time with her family, Stephanie enjoys playing tennis, practicing yoga, and reading. An avid runner, she completed the Chicago Marathon in the fall of 2021.
