Spencer Booth represents clients in insurance-related disputes, focusing on those involving insurance coverage and bad faith. This has included first and third-party claims relating to both commercial general liability and property. With experience at all stages of the litigation process, Spencer works with his clients to ensure they are informed throughout.
Before joining Hinshaw, Spencer practiced at an international firm in Miami, where he was previously a law clerk. Spencer gained additional experience through a number of internships during law school.
During his tenure as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, he represented the state in criminal bench trials. He also interned for the Honorable Jacqueline Hogan Scola, Circuit Court Judge, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and the Honorable Rodolfo Ruiz, Circuit Court Judge, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
While pursuing his law degree, Spencer was involved in a number of associations and activities. An active member of the Honor Council, Spencer served as a school advocate and was also the Council's president in his final year of law school.
