Samantha Mizeras represents clients primarily in general liability defense matters related to personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and automobile liability.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Sam worked in insurance defense with a focus on Florida’s no-fault law and personal injury protection (PIP) litigation. Before pivoting to civil practice, Sam began her career at the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted crimes on behalf of the State of Florida in multiple jury trials.
