Miles Kelson counsels clients—ranging from individuals and small companies to large corporations and international insurance companies—and helps them navigate complex legal problems. He has represented clients in product and premises liability disputes, as well as cases involving catastrophic loss and construction litigation.
Miles works with clients to identify and develop solutions tailored to the unique needs and goals of their business. He provides them with advice on everyday matters and, if necessary, protects their interests in litigation.
Before joining Hinshaw, Miles worked as a civil defense attorney at a Minneapolis-based firm, where he was also a summer associate.
As a law student, Miles was involved in a number of activities and associations. In addition to serving as the section representative for the Black Law Student Association, he was an active Moot Court participant.
