Luca Giovine advises businesses and individuals in the healthcare industry. In addition to representing clients in medical malpractice disputes, he helps them navigate industry-related regulations and compliance.

Luca is committed to ensuring clients are informed throughout the litigation process. He works closely with them to meet their goals while providing exceptional, cost-effective representation.

Before joining Hinshaw, Luca assisted with personal injury disputes and tenant and landlord matters while working with a Beverly Hills-based tenant rights firm. His time spent counseling plaintiffs provides him with a diverse perspective on handling all manner of cases.

During law school, Luca worked at the Family Law Project in Madison. As a student associate, he handled all client interaction, drafted motions and briefs, and appeared in court. Luca was also involved in several associations and activities, including Moot Court, the Latino/a Law Students Association, and the Space Law Society, of which he was a co-founder.

Luca's background further includes working as a tax intern for one of the "Big Four" firms. During his tenure, he prepared tax returns for multi-million dollar corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Luca also collaborated with supervisors to strategically resolve tax-related issues.
