Livia Vieira represents clients in insurance coverage and defense disputes. She assists with matters involving first party, third party, and bad faith claims.

Livia previously was a law clerk and summer associate with Hinshaw. Before joining the firm, she held law clerk and paralegal positions with three Fort Lauderdale firms. In those roles, she handled matters involving employment law, construction matters, and corporate law.

While a law student, Livia was both a teaching assistant and a research assistant. She also served as Lead Articles Editor of the Nova Law Review.
