Representative Matters

Lisa Kohlndorfer assists attorneys in regulatory matters primarily relating to environmental, health, and safety law, including responding to safety complaints and incidents, personal injury litigation, environmental torts, and contract breaches. Her practice also encompasses personal injury litigation.

Lisa drafts pleadings, motions, discovery responses, release agreements and proposed orders in various state and federal courts and agencies. She often works on document intake indexes, medical summaries, and document productions, and also responds to discovery requests from opposing litigation counsel or government agencies.

Lisa regularly writes articles on federal regulatory updates for energy and environmental areas, including news items from OSHA, EPA, PHMSA, and the FERC.

  • For a single client, tracked record requests for nearly 250 plaintiffs in concurrent litigation.
  • Identified inconsistencies in a plaintiff’s deposition versus the initial police report and video, which helped the case settle favorably for our client.
  • In 2020, led a 50-state survey of state and county-level COVID-19 workplace requirements for the manufacturing sector.


Lisa is an amateur film buff who enjoys reading historical fiction and women’s biographies. Lisa also enjoys long walks and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
