Kristine DeSoiza advises clients on all aspects of insurance law. She handles a wide range of matters including insurance coverage disputes, construction defect claims, professional liability claims, commercial general liability, and commercial litigation. Kristine also defends insurers in bad faith litigation and counsels insurers with respect to first-party and third-party bad faith claims.

Before joining Hinshaw, Kristine practiced at the Ft. Lauderdale office of a Miami-based firm and was a member of the firm's Insurance Practice Group.

While attending law school, Kristine served as the President of the NSU Trial Association and was an Articles Editor for the Nova Law Review.

Kristine is a native of Miami, Florida, and avid sports fan. She enjoys discovering new restaurants, keeping up with the Kardashians, and spending time with her family and beloved pets, Mink and Pancakes.
