Julia Nahhas defends the interests of clients in litigation. In addition to advising businesses on life, health, disability, and ERISA matters, she assists creditors with bankruptcy disputes. Julia's background further includes working on product and premises liability matters.
Before joining Hinshaw, Julia gained invaluable experience and insights through internships and externships, including positions with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Southern Legal Counsel, and the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic. These roles not only furthered her litigation knowledge, but also gave her hands-on experience with clients and case management.
As a student, Julia was involved in a number of activities and associations. She was a staff writer for the Florida Law Student Brief and served as the president of the Family Law Society.
