Jose Martinez works with clients on a wide range of insurance services matters. His background further includes advising on corporate transactional matters, as well as handling civil litigation and mass tort cases. Committed to ensuring his clients are informed each step of the way, Jose is involved in all phases of litigation—from inception to trial.
Before joining Hinshaw, Jose furthered his litigation knowledge with a boutique law firm based in Florida. Jose also gained invaluable experience from internships. In addition to serving as a legal intern for the Office of the State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit, Jose was a Rule 13 legal intern with the City of St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office, where he assisted with an election fraud case.
