Jordana Kahn is an experienced litigator who maintains a robust defense practice representing and advising clients in negligence, indemnification, personal injury, wrongful death, property loss claims, premises liability, automobile liability, and general liability matters. Building around her clients' unique needs, Jordana provides tailored solutions and strategies.
Jordana spent the first several years of her career as an Assistant State Attorney in the juvenile, domestic violence, felony, and traffic homicide sections of the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office. She led significant investigations and successfully conducted countless jury trials, bench trials, and depositions. In 2017, Mothers Against Drunk Driving recognized Jordana as the Miami-Dade Prosecutor of the Year.
While a law student, Jordana was an associate editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable United States Magistrate Judge William C. Turnoff for the Southern District of Florida. She also interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida in the Special Prosecutions Division and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
