Jessica Turner is a labor and employment attorney who protects employers’ interests. Jessica counsels employers on a broad range of employment matters including hiring, discipline, lay-offs, and compensation.

Jessica has significant experience in all phases of litigation. Though she works primarily as a litigator, Jessica finds it equally rewarding to help clients stay out of court. Her practice includes representing employers in litigation matters, including the defense of claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

During her tenure as a student at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Jessica was committed to community service, earning her the Outstanding Pro Bono Achieve Certificate for completing over 75 hours of pro bono work. In addition, Jessica was involved in a number of activities, including serving as the Co-President of Employment and Labor Law Society and as a Student Volunteer for the Ask-A-Lawyer Project. Additionally, Jessica spent a summer interning for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) where she gained significant experience in employment discrimination litigation.
