Jessica Ramdat advises licensed healthcare providers—including physicians and pharmacists—on matters involving compliance, as well as litigation. Committed to ensuring they are informed, she works closely with each client to meet their goals while providing them with exceptional, cost-effective representation.

Jessica helps clients navigate a variety of issues related to compliance and license discipline, including criminal convictions, substance abuse and chemical dependence, boundary violations, and credentialing. She has represented clients before California professional licensing boards, Medical Executive Committees, Medicare and Medi-Cal, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and other state and federal regulatory agencies.

During law school, Jessica gained invaluable experience at local, state, and federal levels of government. In addition to working as a law clerk for the Health Occupations Prosecution & Litigation Division of the Office of the Maryland Attorney General, Jessica was a law clerk for the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office in Baltimore. These positions provided her with a solid foundation of knowledge of healthcare fraud violations under the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute, as well as Stark Law.

As a student, Jessica was involved in a number of associations and activities—many of which centered on healthcare. In addition to focusing her studies in the area and receiving a Health Law Certificate, she served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy.
