David Scott represents the interests of his clients in litigation in a variety of areas, including professional liability disputes, commercial litigation, and personal injury matters. Over the course of his career—which spans nearly three decades—he has worked extensively on matters involving legal and medical malpractice, business litigation, and high exposure personal injury matters, including traumatic brain injury, complex regional pain syndrome, and wrongful death cases. David also has substantial experience at the appellate level.
Having worked extensively with both defendants and plaintiffs, David brings unique insights to all his cases. His clients appreciate his broad knowledge and experience, which he leverages to ensure they are informed from the beginning of a case to its resolution.
