Daniel Park represents clients in civil litigation, focusing primarily on the defense of matters concerning personal injury and property damage. His background further includes handling issues concerning labor and employment and real estate. With experience that includes depositions, oral argument, and motions practice, he is involved in all phases of litigation, ensuring his clients are informed each step of the way.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Daniel furthered his litigation experience with firms in New York. Most recently, he worked at a firm where he focused on litigation in the employment, commercial, tort, and real estate sectors.
During law school, Daniel was involved in a number of activities and associations, including the Asian-Pacific Law Student Association, for which he served as co-president. Daniel was also an active member of the Vanderbilt Korean Graduate Student Scholars Association, serving as the group's president.
