Brian Sears represents financial institutions in complex commercial and real estate litigation in both state and federal court in New York. He defends claims brought under the federal consumer protection acts, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA), and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA). Brian also handles a wide range of appellate cases.
