Andrew Ambert primarily defends clients in personal injury and property damage litigation. A zealous advocate for his clients, Andrew strategically evaluates the matter at hand in order to provide simple, tailored solutions for each client. He handles all aspects of litigation, including investigations through pre-trial discovery, motion practice, and negotiated settlements, and is committed to ensuring his clients are informed throughout the process.
Before joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, Andrew was a law clerk with the firm. During law school, he gained additional experience through several internships and clerkships, including clerking with a firm in Boca Raton, Florida. Andrew also interned in the transactional legal department of a risk and compliance management company that provided solutions for those in the consumer financial and mortgage industries.
As a law student, Andrew served as an active member of the NSU Trial Association, Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and Moot Court Society. In addition to his academic achievements, Andrew’s background in sports management afforded him the opportunity to work with an NFL sports agent during the 2017 NFL combine.
