Ailin Caballero represents clients in litigation, focusing on insurance-related matters. Her background further includes advising clients on premises and government liability cases, as well as those involving negligent security.
Ailin has experience with virtually all phases of the litigation process including, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, and conducting and defending depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and corporate representatives. A zealous advocate for her clients, Ailin strives to provide each client with solutions tailored to their needs and goals.
Most recently before joining Hinshaw, Ailin practiced at the headquarters of a Miami-based national financial and business litigation firm. She was also a public defender for Broward County and spent several years working as a legal assistant at a boutique law firm in Miami prior to attending law school.
During law school, Ailin was involved in a number of activities and associations. She was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review and served as the senior articles editor of the publication.
