Adam Cohen counsels clients in litigation, focusing on first-party insurance claims and insurance coverage disputes. He also represents property owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction-related matters, including those involving property access for ongoing construction.

Adam is committed to ensuring his clients are informed throughout the process, from their initial consultation to resolution. In addition to carrying out investigations to determine the extent of insurance coverage, Adam conducts research and evaluates the case at hand in order to develop strategies aligned with his clients' goals.

Before joining Hinshaw, Adam bolstered his litigation experience at firms throughout New York, handling both insurance coverage and construction-related matters.
