Tammy Warden is a litigator who focuses her practice primarily on the defense of medical malpractice claims against physicians, nurses, hospitals and hospital employees. She also defends clients that have been sued in personal injury, premises liability, property damage and commercial litigation. She has successfully handled both bench and jury trials in Cook County and its collar counties, as well as the defense of appeals brought against her clients.
Ms. Warden has handled litigation in various counties within Illinois, including but not limited to Champaign County, Cook County, DuPage County, Grundy County, Kane County, Kankakee County, Kendall County, Lake County, LaSalle County, McHenry County, Stephenson County, Vermilion County, Will County and Winnebago County.
Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in April 2003, Ms. Warden was an attorney for Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey.
