Tammy Warden is a litigator who focuses her practice primarily on the defense of medical malpractice claims against physicians, nurses, hospitals and hospital employees. She also defends clients that have been sued in personal injury, premises liability, property damage and commercial litigation. She has successfully handled both bench and jury trials in Cook County and its collar counties, as well as the defense of appeals brought against her clients.
