Suhhee Choi focuses her practice in insurance regulatory compliance. In her national practice, Ms. Choi represents insurance companies, producers and other entities in all aspects of insurance regulation and related matters, including assisting with market conduct examinations, forming insurance corporate entities, and defending insurers and producers against administrative enforcement actions, as well as reviewing, drafting and amending various contracts. Ms. Choi also aids clients in preparing and submitting annual and other regulatory filings and responses to inquiries or complaints from regulators.

Ms. Choi joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in October 2014 as a result of the merger of Hinshaw and the Los Angeles-based firm of Barger & Wolen LLP.
