Stella Padilla focuses her practice in consumer financial services. She is involved in all phases of the litigation process and has substantive discovery experience.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in August 2016, Ms. Padilla was for more than a year an associate at a business law firm in Burbank, California. She was a law fellow with the Inner City Law Center in Los Angeles, where, during law school she had served as a summer law clerk. Ms. Padilla was a judicial extern to the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez, United States District Court, Central District of California. She was also a summer associate at a firm in Venice, California.

In addition to her other law school accomplishments, Ms. Padilla served as External Relations Co-Chair of UCLA Law La Raza. She was a member and mentor for the UCLA Law Fellows Program.

Ms. Padilla speaks Spanish fluently.
