Grace Mangieri maintains a broad litigation and transactional practice. She provides each of her clients—which include individuals and corporations—with potential liability analyses and defense strategies. Involved in all phases of litigation, from initial fact investigation and fact and expert discovery to pre-trial settlement negotiation and trial preparation, Grace ensures her clients are informed throughout the process. She has obtained early resolution for various defendants, including professional sporting venues and entertainment facilities through dispositive motions.

In addition to advising individuals and corporations on civil and criminal regulatory and compliance matters, Grace has investigative experience representing corporations, corporate leaders, and employers in white collar matters involving tax and accounting fraud, and false claims. She also represents corporations in complex environmental litigation involving toxic torts, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Superfund program. Grace also works with title insurance underwriters, mortgage brokers and lenders in real estate litigation. Further, she has experience assisting clients with purchase and sale contracts, warranty deeds, affidavits of title, bills of sale, powers of attorney, and settlement statements.

Previously, Grace served as defense counsel in toxic tort cases and was national counsel for a product manufacturer, supervising and managing litigation in numerous jurisdictions nationwide.
