Grace Mangieri has broad experience representing clients in litigation and transactions and focuses her practice in government law. She previously served as defense counsel in toxic tort cases and was national counsel for a product manufacturer, supervising and managing litigation in six jurisdictions nationwide. Ms. Mangieri also has experience assisting clients with purchase and sale contracts, warranty deeds, affidavits of title, bills of sale, powers of attorney, and settlement statements.
Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, Ms. Mangieri was for more than three years an associate in two Chicago firms. She served two clerkships while in law school, furthering her knowledge about insurance litigation and probate litigation.
Also while in law school, Ms. Mangieri received a Justinian Scholarship and was a member of the Elder Law and Animal Law Societies.
