Daniel Fahey focuses his practice in the areas of toxic tort litigation, products liability, premises liability and personal injury. Daniel is actively involved in all stages of litigation including factual investigation and research, written discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and pre-trial preparation
Mr. Fahey joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP as an associate in October 2016. Previously he was a summer associate with the firm in 2015. During law school Mr. Fahey served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Frank D. Remington, Dane County Circuit Court. He also interned in the General Counsel's office of a large hospital system in Wisconsin.
In addition to his other law school accomplishments, Mr. Fahey was a member of the Dean's List and won Best Performance in Sports Law. He served as Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and Treasurer of the Health Law Society.
During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Fahey competed as a member of the University of Wisconsin Men's Basketball Team.
