Christy Hoop provides counsel on legal ethics, professional responsibility, and conflicts of interest.
Christy joined Hinshaw in 2000. Since 2007, she has worked with the firm’s Office of General Counsel advising Hinshaw attorneys on ethics issues, primarily in the area of conflicts of interest.
Christy also has experience in school and education law, commercial litigation, defense against health care fraud and abuse allegations, and litigation related to false claims/qui tam, and Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA).
