Bruce Vanyek focuses his paralegal practice in the area of commercial and business transactions. He has substantial knowledge and experience in assisting attorneys with corporate formation documents and filings of all types, with particular emphasis on entities formed in Illinois, Delaware and Nevada. He prepares and files annual reports, renewal documents, UCC financing states, tax liens, pending suite and judgment searched. Mr. Vanyek also assists in the transfer of both real and personal assets as they relate to estate planning.

As part of bank loan transactions, corporate asset purchase transactions and various other closings, Mr. Vanyek assists attorneys with the organization of closing documents, including ensuring that closing documents have been signed by all parties and that final, complete closing documents have been organized and sent to the various parties. After closing, he prepares closing books and closing CDs, and handles delivery of such documents to all parties to the transaction.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in June 2014, Mr. Vanyek worked as a paralegal in various Illinois firms since 1995. Prior to his paralegal career, Mr. Vanyek was a teacher.

Mr. Vanyek served for four years in the U.S. Army as a 1st Lieutenant with the 2nd Armored Division in Fort Hood, Texas.
