Israel M. Del Mundo represents lenders in commercial financing transactions. He also represents closely-held and privately-held companies in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Hinshaw as an associate, Israel was a summer associate and law clerk with the firm. He was also a legal intern at a Fortune 500 global financial services and investments company.
During law school, Israel served as an associate editor of the DePaul Law Review and as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
