New York-based Hinshaw partner Philip Touitou was quoted in a New York Law Journal article titled "Law Firms Face Malpractice Risk Over Substance Abuse, Poor Mental Health." The article discusses evidence that the number of malpractice claims arising from attorney impairment is on the rise, and offers potential risk management solutions.
