Sergio Acosta to Moderate Discussion on the Criminal Justice System at Leadership Greater Chicago Event

Hinshaw's Sergio Acosta—a Chicago-based partner and national leader of the firm's Government Practice Group—will moderate an event hosted by Leadership Greater Chicago titled "Changing the System | Criminal Justice in Cook County," on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. Central at the Chicago Housing Authority in Chicago. The fellows-only event will feature Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx discussing the challenges and opportunities relating to bail reform, mass incarceration and public safety in Cook County.

Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC) is a premier civic leadership development program. Since 1983, they have developed executive leaders through a signature Fellows Program—a 10 month intensive that provides foundation for lifelong commitment to civic engagement. Acosta has been an active Fellow since completing the program in 1999.
